Founded and owned by Mark Broyles, the company has grown from a one-man operation into a thriving business with six employees and three trucks on the road — a testament to Mark’s dedication, experience, and love for his craft.
With 30 years in the plumbing industry, Mark decided to expand his business as he approached retirement age, building a trusted local team to continue his hands-on, customer-first approach. Today, Annick Plumbing is known for being a full-service plumbing company, specializing in remodels, additions, and new home projects, as well as providing service work, sewer camera inspections, drain cleaning, and gas work.
Since moving to Dunedin in 2015, Mark has fallen in love with the community’s small-town charm and friendly spirit. “I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else,” he shared. That sense of connection extends beyond business—Annick Plumbing actively supports local causes and plans to start a non-profit organization to benefit autism awareness and support, inspired by Mark’s son.
When they’re not on the job, the Annick Plumbing team enjoys visiting local favorites like Caledonia Brewing, Mangos and Marley, HOB, Wild Iris Café, and Clear Sky Café—just a few of the many spots that make Dunedin feel like home.
